TYTAX machines and accessories are manufactured in Poland, a European Union member state. Production is handled in-house by TYTAX FACTORY, giving us full control over quality, durability, and every stage of manufacturing. Our modern, technology-driven factory focuses on long-lasting equipment and responsible production, so you can be confident you are buying a premium product made with precision and respect for people and the environment.

Shipping cost is calculated and presented to the customer directly before completing the purchase, at the checkout stage.

Please note that for smaller orders, the delivery cost may appear high compared to the value of the product. This is because many TYTAX products and accessories require non-standard packaging, careful handling, and manual preparation in the warehouse. The shipping fee therefore includes not only the carrier cost, but also the preparation of the order and its safe packaging.

We also encourage you to sign up for our newsletter. As part of periodic promotions, free shipping offers or special delivery terms may be available exclusively to customers subscribed to our mailing list.

TYTAX machines ship from our warehouse in Poland. After your order is placed, preparing the machine for shipment usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the European Union typically takes about 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Standard delivery does not include assembly, installation, unpacking, or carrying the equipment inside a room, garage, basement, upper floor, or other interior location. However, an on-site TYTAX technician visit may be available as an additional paid service. This service can include machine assembly and basic instruction on how to use the equipment. It is quoted individually, so please contact us before or after placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.

TYTAX machines come with a warranty for the original purchaser. The machine body is covered for 5 years, and other components are covered for 2 years. Normal wear and tear, including paint finish and upholstery, as well as damage caused by improper use, impact, or mechanical damage, is not covered. Yes. Customers in the United States can order a machine directly from our North American online store. To open the correct store version, select the “North America” region from the menu.

For delivery to a country outside the European Union and the United States, direct online checkout is not currently available. Please contact us using the contact form and provide the machine model you are interested in and the delivery location. We will confirm whether delivery is possible and prepare a personalized quotation that includes the shipping cost.
